Who is Eligible?
A member of the JSID who is currently active in investigative dermatology at an university department or laboratory or institution in Japan
Under age 40 as of 15 December 2019
Not a professor
Submission of an abstract for TSID Annual Meeting
The past awardee of the Young Fellow Collegiality Awards will not be accepted.
What are the Benefits?
Nominees prepare an 8-minute oral presentation followed by a 4-minute discussion.
The TSID will offer a 3-day complimentary accommodation, gala dinner, and waive the conference registration fee. Moreover, each nominee will be offered a flat honorarium of USD 1,000 for the speech and travel expense.

A copy of the abstract submitted for the TSID meeting
A list of publications (papers in English)
Recommendation letter from the chairman of an affiliation

Who will judge the applications?
The judging panel will comprise 4 representatives of the JSID.
When will Successful Applicants be notified?
The JSID will aim to announce the names of the successful applicants in September.
The JSID and TSID very much hope that these awards will help develop the careers and profile of young researchers by providing the opportunity for international exchange and collegiality.
